1. I registered with you a while back and would have expected a daily update on how my application is progressing, how do I know you are genuinely working on my behalf?

All our candidates are important to us but we have literally tens of thousands of job seekers on our
database and therefore daily updates to all of them would be impossible. If you don’t hear from us for a
while, it’s  not because we’ve forgotten about you but because we don’t currently have any vacancies
that match your needs.  However, feel free to give us a call if you’d like an update.

2. Can you guarantee that you’ll find me a job?

We cannot promise to find a job for every candidate who registers but we will do our best to match you
up with suitable roles and employers.

3. Can I register with more than one agency?

Yes, as many as you like, though you may want to choose one or two which specialise in your particular
market. Many of our candidates register exclusively with us but the choice is theirs. Working with one
good agency will ensure that you are well represented and that your CV is not scatter-gunned to every
vacancy that becomes available – whether it suits you or not.

4. If you place someone in a temporary role do you take a percentage of their weekly earnings?

No. The salary you are offered is paid to you in whole – minus statutory deductions. The same goes for a
permanent job. There is no charge to the candidate and your salary is yours to keep.

5. Do I have to pay to register?

No. All the candidate services we offer are free of charge. This includes an interview with one of our
consultants, advice on career planning and salary expectations, interview tips and reference checks for
temporary roles.

Depending on the state that you operate in, just having 1 employee may obligate you to comply with certain legislation. 

When can a "Contract" appointment be considered?

A contract appointment can be considered for non-represented positions at certain levels when a particular individual has been identified to do the job or if specific conditions are attached to the position, such as projects with scheduled deadlines. Generally, contracts are established for 1 year. Terms and conditions of employment are specified in a written contract. Contracts must be revised if terms of conditions change.

How can I post a job on goyalhr.com?

Posting jobs on goyalhr.com is very simple.You need to Login to your Recruiter’s account with your user name and password. Go to the Job Postings section. Fill the Job Posting form and post it. You can save the filled in form and post later.

For how long will my posted jobs remain advertised in the site?

All jobs remain active on the site for six months from the date of posting.

How long will it take for my job to get reflected on the site?

It takes maximum of 24 hours for a job posted to be visible on the site.

How do I modify a job vacancy that I’ve already posted on the site?

To modify a job, you need to follow these steps:

Modify a posted job:

  • Login to your account and click on “Job Postings”.
  • Go to “Manage Jobs”.
  • Select the job that needs to be modified
  • Now click on “Edit” link shown against the job you wish to edit. Make the desired changes and post the job.

How do I remove my job from your site?

Go to the manage jobs section. Click on the ‘Remove’ icon against the job which you want to remove.
